Now I will quit eating forever.

I love pink. (Maybe you guessed.) I have a friend who hates the color and makes a horrific retching sound every time I mention it. Whatever. Pink is awesome. So are cake balls. It was a very lovely birthday, you know, despite. It was quiet. Me. An empty kitchen. Cake balls. The Food Network on in the background. It ended with an amazing dinner during which I overdosed on thick slices of warm garlic bread drenched in olive oil and one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. Carb. Overload. Oh, and wine. (Which is, you know, also awesome.)

The end.

  9. Here is the link to Steph's first post on cake balls: http://thevamptramp.com/?p=257While she doesn't give an actual recipe, she does give a couple links of where she got the idea originally. Hope that helps! ;)

  13. Thanks, Gwynne, but I'm not really. I just play one on TV. (Geez. That was dumb. I'm sorry. I'm terrible with compliments, but thank you. Truly.)

  16. Dude. You and me both. And this birthday binge didn't help. Over-eater's remorse is way worse than buyer's remorse. Trust me. I know both well.

  21. I brought a bunch of these into work and after a coworker inhaled eighteen of them, he turned and asked if I'd make a batch for his sister's upcoming birthday. I told him he couldn't pay me enough to make them again so soon. (I'll probably end up doing it. Sigh.)

  25. Oh yay! I've been waiting for a post like this. It's baffling how after all this time you can still just do that --bake, shoot, post. Ahhh, gorgeously talented you. P.S. By the far, the best looking balls I've seen in a long time.
